WARRANTY POLICY INFORMATION
Raxer wheels products are warranted to be free of structural defects or workmanship finish/paint. These wheels were manufactured from the finest materials and to the highest quality standards in the industry. Please make sure you and your dealer follow the installation and care instructions carefully. This will ensure that your wheels are properly installed and will keep them looking like new for years to come.
Under normal and reasonable use, wheels produced by Raxer wheels are five (5) years warranted against STRUCTURAL DEFECT in material (under natural crack on spoke condition) as long as the ORIGINAL owner/purchaser owns the wheels.

Under normal and reasonable use, wheels produced by Raxer wheels are warranted against defect in WORKMANSHIP FINISH/PAINT (Under clear coat and paint peel off) to the ORIGINAL owner/purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of wheels, at the discretion of Raxer Wheels, for any wheels determined to be defective and covered under warranty. Installation costs, transportation costs or loss of use is not covered under this warranty. Wheels will not be replaced due to defects in accessories.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
PLEASE NOTE: Warranty claims must be processed through the original dealer or distributor that the wheels were purchased from.
This warranty does not cover the following conditions:

Wheels NOT purchased from an authorized dealer.

STRUCTURAL
-
Off road racing, or unpaved road driving conditions or road hazards; for example, pot holes, gravel, road debris, scrap metal, tire remnants, trash and other road clutter.

The failure to properly use the tires which are mounted on the RAXER Wheels; for example, improper inflation of tires, loading the vehicle beyond its capacity, misalignment of tires and wheels, imbalance of tires and wheels and/or the use of incorrect tires and wheels.

Any kind of impact or abuse resulting from bends/bending of rim parts, collision/impacts, pot holes, flat tires, curbing, racing, accident, fire, vandalism or rubbing due to projection from the wheel well.

Any damage or failure which occurs as a result of your continued use of Raxer Wheels products after your discovery of a problem.

WORKMANSHIP FINISH / PAINT

Chrome pitting or discoloration due to lack of maintenance.

Infrequent or improper cleaning of Raxer Wheels products will void the finish warranty. Only a mild soap applied with a hose or soft cloth should be used to clean Raxer Wheels products. Cleaning Raxer Wheels products with a hard or coarse brush or fabric, chemical based cleaners or acid sprays may cause damage to the finish that will void the warranty. Note: Many car washes use acid spray to clean road wheels.
INSPECTION AND INSTALLATION

Inspect the wheels immediately upon receipt and before mounting tires. Once tires have been mounted, the wheels cannot be returned for credit and charges will be assessed for any work that may be required to correct a problem.
Verify that the wheels have the correct finish:

Colour.
-
Paint inclusions not more than 2 spots and each spot not bigger then 1mm diameter on each wheel.

Ample brake calliper clearance.

The proper backspace or offset for your vehicle.
ALL OF THIS MUST BE VERIFIED BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES ON THE WHEELS.

Use only tubeless tires consistent with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended sizes for the wheels you have chosen. Using tires that do not conform to the vehicle or tire manufacturer’s recommendations may result in serious safety issues related to undersized or oversized fitments. Raxer Wheels IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage related to incorrect tire sizes such as vehicle transmission, AWD systems, body panels/trims, or other effected areas.

Before mounting tires, the tire bead seat area should be generously lubricated.

Mount the tires using only CONTACT FREE tire mounting machines.

Use STICK-ON WEIGHTS ONLY. Clip-on weights can cause damage to the wheels and their use will void certain portions of the warranty.

After the wheels and tires have been placed on the car, take a short test drive. Re-check the torque values and size of each lug nut/bolt and make sure that they are torqued to the manufacturer’s recommended specifications and manufacturer’s recommended specifications lug nut/bolt size.

Make sure the wheel balancing value are not excess more than 40g before mounting tires.
